Day 1: Bogotá - Villa de Leyva
5 hours and 45 minutes of riding time - 241km/149 miles -90% paved and 10% unpaved
- Mob over to Villa de Leyva home to one of the largest main squares in America
- Offroad outside of Villa de Leyva to a viewpoint of a cave and waterfall
- Dinner at a high-end food hall with plenty of options for everyone
- Stay at hostel near the main square
Day 2: Villa de Leyva - San Gil
4 hours and 15 minutes of riding time - 176km/109 miles -all paved
- Head up to San Gil, Santander, the adventure capital of Colombia!
- Bungee jump 70m (230 ft) over the Suarez River
- Delicious dinner at Gringo Mikes in San Gil
- Stay at Macondo Hostel our favorite hostel in San Gil
Day 3: San Gil - Chicamocha Canyon - San Gil
3 hours and 20 minutes of riding time - 98km/60 miles -70% paved and 30% unpaved
- If you like curves, today is your day! We head to Chicamocha Canyon the “Grand Canyon of Colombia” and the second largest canyon world-wide
- Paragliding in Chicamocha Canyon (weather permitting)
- Off-road through the canyon for lunch in Jordan
- Stop for a dip at a rarely visited waterfall that falls into the canyon
- Mob back to San Gil for another night at Macondo Hostel
Day 4: San Gil - Guadalupe
3 hours and 45 minutes of riding time - 118km/73 miles -70% paved and 30% unpaved
- Ride through Barichara known as “the most beautiful town in Colombia”
- Bring out your swimsuit for a dip in Las Gachas. Some of our favorite swimming holes in Colombia
- Stay at El Portal de Don Luis, a rustic finca that has been converted into a hotel
Day 5: Guadalupe - Bosques de Pandora
3 hours and 30 minutes of riding time - 133km/82 miles -70% paved and 30% unpaved
- Today we’re heading to El Penon home to Bosques de Pandora, arguably the most beautiful place in Colombia
- Hike Pandora’s Forest one of the most surreal places we’ve ever visited
- Spend the night at a Ecohotel deep in the mountains
Day 6: El Penon
Very little riding..instead we will be rappelling, hiking and exploring caves
- Wake up early in the morning to rappel 145 meters into a cave in the middle of the earth
- Spelunking in the Cave of Gold
- Spend the night in a no thrills hotel in El Penon with the option of playing tejo at night
Day 7: El Penon - Florian
3 hours of riding time - 65km/40 miles -10% paved and 90% unpaved
- Spend the day off the grid riding on unpaved roads
- Visit Ventanas de Tisquizoque, an incredible cave that opens up into a waterfall dropping off different levels for a total of 300m (984 ft)
- Hike and take a dip at Charcol Azul a swimming hole at the base of the waterfall
- Stay at Thysqua Refugio a beautiful set of cabins with the best views of the Waterfall in Florian
Day 8: Florian - Bogotá
6 hours of riding time - 218km/40 miles -10% paved and 90% unpaved
- Long day of riding as we head back to Bogota for the final day of the tour
- Stop at Laguna Fuquene for lunch
- Finish up with beers at the Loco Moto office

On this tour you will visit some areas that are very rarely visited by International travelers. As such, some of the accommodations are very basic and you will not have a private bedroom every night.
